At the community in the Swiss city of Fribourg all superiors of our European units met on 19-20 May.
In attendance were also Fr. Milton Zonta, Superior General, who introduced the meeting with a meaningful meditation, and Fr. Agustín Van Baelen, General Mission Secretary, representing the Generalate. Started many years ago as a social gathering for fraternal exchange among the German-speaking superiors, over the years the meeting has developed in several ways. Nowadays, the superiors of all the units in Europe participate. As to the content, the meeting evolved into a forum where the superiors have the opportunity to exchange thoughts on a number of current topics concerning our communities and members in Europe.
