Good Father,
you sent us your beloved Son
to reveal to all mankind
your merciful love for everyone.
To you we turn
grateful to be rooted in Jesus Christ,
the Divine Saviour,
with a sincere desire to commit ourselves
increasingly to his mission,
with the confidence and apostolic zeal,
of Blessed Francis Mary of the Cross Jordan.
Send us your Holy Spirit,
as we prepare for
the 20th General Chapter of our Society
so that more and more we may be your apostles,
with a renewed willingness to give our lives
so that all may know, love and serve you.
Through the intercession of Holy Mary, Mother of the Saviour,
and Blessed Francis Mary of the Cross Jordan,
help us to discern your will in the present time,
allowing ourselves to be guided by the Gospel
and the needs of the people to whom you send us.
You who live and reign for ever and ever.
