Today the first ever Salvatorian Continental Leadership Meeting convened at the Betania Retreat House in Tagaytay City, Philippines.
In an atmosphere of prayerfulness and fraternity, Salvatorian leaders from Asia and Oceania gathered with the members of the Generalate to begin considering the motto of the meeting: Called to be Apostles in a Changing World.” After introductions and an orientation to the reasons for the meeting and the methodology to be used, Fr. Milton Zonta, Superior General gave his opening address, exhorting those present to “…not be afraid to dream big things.” In the afternoon the 18 participants engaged in a dialogue based on Fr. Milton’s address.
